Of course, traveling is not about showing off a certain outfit – but as a lady, you want to look picture-perfect even when you are away.

Obviously, you cannot pack your entire makeup collection with you, especially when you travel by plane (and abroad!).

So what are some of the makeup and beauty products you should absolutely pack with you when traveling?

• Moisturizer. Some women think that moisturizer is meant just for dry skin – but that is completely untrue. We all need moisturizer, regardless of skin type – and when you are traveling, you need this more than ever. DO make sure to pack moisturizer with SPF included, so that all of the walking around doesn’t affect your skin in any way. Be it winter or summer, you need to protect your skin from the harmful rays of the sun – and good, SPF protection-included moisturizer is the way to do it.
• BB cream. When traveling, you don’t have much time to spend on dabbing foundation into your skin – so one of the best ways to make sure your skin looks flawless even when “no filters” are applied on your travel photos is by applying a bit of BB cream. This miracle product can really work wonders on how your skin feels and looks!
• Mascara. You don’t have to pack all your palettes to have pretty eyes in all of those beautiful pictures. In fact, a bit of mascara can go a long way. It’s easy to pack and it can completely change your appearance, especially when combined with a good BB cream that suits your skin type.
• Lipstick. Our suggestion is to pack two lipsticks: a nude one for the day and a darker one for evenings, in case you want to go out. Red is an absolute classic and the right shade of red can be an instant miracle maker – but you can also opt for something bolder, such as Marsala or even purple. Your choice here!
